Custom-Made Products
Due to the personalised nature of our custom-made products, we do not accept refund requests unless the product is damaged upon arrival. We take every measure to ensure the highest quality in each piece we create.
Please note that flower preservation comes with its own quirky features, such as small bubbles and colour changes to the flowers. These characteristics are natural and unavoidable due to the preservation process. They do not classify as flaws but instead add to the unique charm and individuality of your product. By placing your order, you acknowledged these possibilities as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
If, in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with your custom keepsake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We are committed to discussing the best way forward and resolving any concerns you may have.
Pre-Made Stock
We gladly accept returns and refunds on pre-made stock items. If you wish to return a pre-made item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to request a refund.
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when it arrived.
- Returns postage is the responsibility of the customer.
