How to Order

Ordering your memorial keepsake is simple — choose your desired item from the products below.

• Memorial and funeral flowers do not need to be booked in advance. Please contact me directly as soon as possible and I’ll arrange their arrival with you.
• For flower preservation, please check availability and book your date through the Book a Creation page. A £30 booking payment secures your date and is deducted from your final order total.
• Once your flowers are received, we’ll confirm your chosen keepsakes and final order details. 50% of the order total is then payable, with the remaining balance due once your keepsakes are complete.
• Flower preservation can take up to 8 months from receipt of your flowers. Each piece is handmade alongside my full-time job, and I’ll keep you updated as your flowers make their way through the preservation process.
• Memorial jewellery is handmade to order using your chosen inclusions. Once your order is placed, I’ll be in touch with everything you need to safely send your ashes, hair, fur, breastmilk or other meaningful inclusions.

I look forward to preserving your cherished memories! — Donna
